Rusty Wright, Treasurer
Rusty Wright serves as the treasurer of Soldiers To Sidelines. Wright is an assistant football coach at Johns Hopkins University and the managing partner of Amber Hill Advisors, a CFO consulting business focused on start-up enterprises.
Prior to Johns Hopkins, he was the wide receivers coach at his alma mater, Bridgewater College. Wright was also a member of the Bridgewater football team from 2000-02 and served as a student assistant coach in 2003. He helped the Eagles to a 45-6 record from 2000-03 and was a member of the 2001 team that finished as the national runner-up after dropping a tight 30-27 decision to Mount Union in the Stagg Bowl.
Off the field, Wright has worked in several corporate finance and financial advisory roles. In 2007, he joined FBR & Co. as an investment banker advising financial institutions on capital raising and FDIC acquisitions. From 2012 to 2016, Wright was a managing director at Promontory Interfinancial Network LLC. He has been involved in over $7 billion of public and private capital raises and financial advisory assignments.

He earned his bachelor of science in economics from Bridgewater in 2004. In 2007, he earned his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University's School of Law and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
